These Terms of Use and Disclaimer ("Terms") govern your access to and use of glowRISE ("glowRISE", "we", "us", "our" or the "App"). By creating an account, accessing or using glowRISE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.

Your use of glowRISE is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Safety and Boundaries, which should be read together with these Terms.

1. Purpose and Scope of glowRISE

glowRISE is a personal growth, reflection and self-development app. It provides general educational information, general reflective content and tools intended to encourage personal reflection, self-awareness and personal development.

The App may include content and features relating to self-reflection, emotional awareness, mindset exploration, identity, embodiment, personal clarity and growth, manifestation concepts, journalling, breathwork, astrology and AI-assisted reflection.

Astrological and manifestation-related content is provided for personal exploration, general interest, reflection and education. glowRISE does not guarantee that any belief, practice, interpretation or activity will produce a particular outcome.

glowRISE is not a professional advisory, healthcare, mental health, therapeutic, financial or legal service.

2. Age Requirement

glowRISE is intended only for users aged 18 years and over.

By creating an account, accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we reasonably believe that an account is being used by a person under 18, we may suspend or close the account and take reasonable steps to remove associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. General Information and Professional Advice Boundary

Information provided by glowRISE and Aura is general in nature and is provided for general education, personal reflection and self-awareness only. It is not intended to take into account your individual circumstances, needs or objectives.

glowRISE and Aura do not provide professional advice, assessment, diagnosis, treatment or professional services of any kind, including, but not limited to, medical, health, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, financial, investment, legal or other professional advice.

If you have any concern, question or decision that requires advice, assessment, care or professional assistance, glowRISE and Aura are not appropriate sources for that assistance. You should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional relevant to your circumstances.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions.

4. Health, Mental Wellbeing and Emergencies

glowRISE and Aura are not health or mental health services and are not designed or intended to assess, diagnose, treat or manage physical health, mental health or psychological concerns.

If you are experiencing any concern, question or difficulty relating to your mental, emotional or physical wellbeing, glowRISE and Aura are not appropriate sources of advice, assessment, care or assistance. Please seek advice or assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

If you feel unsafe, at risk, are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or believe you may be experiencing an emergency, contact an emergency or crisis service available in your location. glowRISE and Aura are not equipped for crisis intervention or emergency response.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Some content within glowRISE is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and delivered through Aura, our AI coach.

Aura provides general information, general educational content and reflective prompts. AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, inappropriate content or other mistakes.

Aura does not know or understand your complete personal circumstances, history, needs or objectives. Aura may help you reflect on your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, perspectives and options, but it is not a professional advisor or decision-maker and should not be treated as one.

Use Aura's responses as prompts for general reflection and education, not as professional instructions or advice specific to your circumstances.

You remain responsible for evaluating information provided by Aura and for your interpretations, choices, actions and decisions.

6. Personal Responsibility and Individual Results

Personal growth is individual and subjective. Experiences, responses and outcomes vary between people.

By using glowRISE, you acknowledge that insight, reflection or information provided through the App does not create an obligation to act and that you are responsible for deciding whether and how anything within the App applies to you.

You should exercise your own judgement and seek appropriately qualified professional assistance where relevant.

7. Financial, Abundance and Manifestation Content

Any content relating to money, abundance, receiving, opportunities, wealth, financial mindset, manifestation or desired outcomes is general in nature and is provided for personal reflection, self-awareness, education and general interest only.

glowRISE and Aura do not provide financial or investment advice, recommend investments or financial products, provide financial strategies specific to you, advise on income, spending, saving, borrowing or investing, or guarantee financial or manifestation outcomes.

Manifestation practices within glowRISE may involve intention, mindset, identity, self-awareness, emotional awareness, visualisation and purposeful action. They should not be understood as a guarantee that thoughts, beliefs, feelings or practices will cause a particular external event or result.

All financial decisions remain your responsibility. Where financial advice is required, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

8. No Guarantees

To the extent permitted by law, glowRISE does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, financial, relationship, career, health, manifestation or other outcome from use of the App.

glowRISE does not guarantee that the App will meet every user's expectations or that all content, including AI-generated content, will always be complete, accurate, current or error-free.

Nothing in this section limits any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Some glowRISE features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period and other material subscription information will be displayed before you purchase.

Where a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorised platform, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund processes may also be governed by that platform's applicable terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically for the stated billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription-management options provided by the platform through which you subscribed.

Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not necessarily provide a refund for a period already purchased. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you.

10. User Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information where required and for taking reasonable steps to keep access to your account secure.

You must not knowingly allow another person to misuse your account or use the App in a way that breaches these Terms.

11. User Content

You may be able to submit or store content through glowRISE, including journal entries, reflections, messages, profile information, images or other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting or storing User Content through glowRISE, you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure and improve the App and its features, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for User Content you provide and must have the right to submit it. You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious code, or is otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

12. Community Features and Acceptable Use

If glowRISE provides community, chat or other user-to-user features, you must use them respectfully and lawfully.

You must not use glowRISE to:

We may moderate, restrict, remove or disable access to content or features where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or protect the security and integrity of glowRISE.

Where reporting or blocking tools are provided, users are encouraged to use them to report inappropriate content or behaviour.

13. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, third-party content and material otherwise identified, the glowRISE name, branding, original written content, original frameworks, pathways, prompts, designs, graphics, software configuration and other proprietary materials within the App are owned by or licensed to glowRISE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of glowRISE intellectual property to you.

You may use glowRISE content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the App. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative works from protected glowRISE materials except where permitted by law or with our prior permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, books, resources and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services and Content

glowRISE relies on and may link to third-party platforms, services, content and resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, glowRISE is not responsible for the independent content, availability, acts or omissions of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to all or part of glowRISE where reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful or abusive activity, threats to the security or integrity of the App or other users, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or where required by law.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address a breach before terminating access. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, the App, third parties or legal compliance.

You may stop using glowRISE at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the account deletion options provided by glowRISE.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.

16. Availability, Changes and Maintenance

We may update, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features of glowRISE from time to time for operational, security, legal or product reasons.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will act consistently with applicable consumer law and platform requirements.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, glowRISE is not responsible for loss or damage to the extent it results from your misuse of the App, your reliance on the App as a substitute for professional advice or care, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or circumstances outside glowRISE's reasonable control.

Where the law permits liability to be limited, any limitation will apply only to the extent that it is lawful, fair and enforceable in the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

18. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information is described in the glowRISE Privacy Policy.

By using features that involve personal information, including Aura and user-uploaded content, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required for particular processing, we will seek it as required.

19. Safety and Boundaries

Our Safety and Boundaries document explains additional limits around health, mental wellbeing, professional advice, AI guidance, financial topics, manifestation and emergency situations.

You should read the Safety and Boundaries together with these Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.

If you are located outside Australia, you may also have rights under consumer protection, privacy or other laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to glowRISE, our services, platform requirements, legal obligations or business practices.

We will update the "Last updated" date when these Terms change. Where required by law or where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement as appropriate.

Your continued use of glowRISE after an update will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
